A few things to note about our shipping policy:

• International customers, please e-mail us at customerservice@appliedhealth.com for shipping costs.  International orders cannot be completed online.
• Orders that are placed by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time will be shipped the next business day. Please allow for weekends and holidays when figuring expected delivery time.
• If you pay by check, your order will be sent once we have received and processed your check.  Your check should be sent to:
