We are going to ask you to click on the following link to go to the "Contact Us" page on the main site (AppliedHealth.com),  We are doing this not to confuse you and get you going in circles, but instead so that it is much easier for us to maintain a single contact page that ensures our customers are receiving accurate information.

So, as mentioned, here is what we would like you to do:
1) Have all the obvious information ready; your name, phone number, and such.
2) It would be great if you even knew your order number, but don't worry, it is not a deal-breaker if you don't have it.
3) Prepare your thoughts for how to accurately describe why you need to return the item.  This really helps us to understand if there is something we need to improve, or simply a breakdown in a process somewhere.  Whatever it is, this is good information for us to continue to be our best... (I wanted to say, "It helps us be all we can be", but I was afraid the Army might sue us for slogan infringement.)
