Applied ProLineHigh Potency B-Complex
High Potency B-Complex provides a full-complement of essential B-complex vitamins and related nutrients in high potency amounts. Inclusion of L-5-MTHF (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate), the active form of folic acid, ensures more immediate effects of folic acid on metabolism. As the only form of folic acid that crosses the blood-brain barrier, L-5-MTHF is especially useful for supporting neurological system requirements for this nutrient. Activated vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin enhances B12 absorption and bioavailabillity. Extra amounts of biotin (1,500 mcg) to augment its role for nervous system function and glucose metabolism are added to this yeast-free formula.
